THE PROCESS

First we pre vacuum your carpet
Then we apply micro splitting pre spray
We agitate the pre spray into the carpet to loosen any stains, soiling and dirt.
We treat stains using our specialist knowledge and our many different specific spot and stain removal treatments and methods. The methods we use to remove stains are very successful and most stains can removed very effectively with our products. We always endeavour to leave your carpet absolutely stain free, (Please note, we can't guarantee 100% stain removal in every case).
We then extract the dirt and rinse the carpets, using hot water extraction with a cleaning solution which helps prevents re- soiling.
If requested stain protection can be applied after cleaning which further helps keep your carpets clean and stain free for even longer (an extra charge applies)
We use GardX Woolsafe stain protector which protects against all oil based and water based stains.
